University of Alaska Southeast

Found in the capital city of Juneau, University of Alaska Southeast is a four-year public institution with extended campuses also located in Sitka and Ketchikan. UAS boasts four academic colleges, seven bachelor’s degree programs, and two master’s degree programs.

Notable buildings and site on the campus include the Charles Gamble Jr.-Donald Sperl Joint Use Facility, the William A. Egan Library, and “Spike,” the 12-foot bronze statue depicting the schools beloved mascot.
