University of Fairbanks
Founded in 1917, the University of Alaska Fairbanks is a Land, Sea and Space Grant University, located in Fairbanks.
Known as "America's Artic University", UAF encompasses seven campuses in Alaska and more than 11,000 students from across the country.
Students attending UAF have a choice of 169 degrees, from Bachelor's to Ph.Ds, in more than 125 disciplines.
The Center for Distance Education also offers over 100 correspondence courses that are applicable toward UAF degree programs.
